TMS Targeting Result

1 Implements the web-version of Beam-F3 (Beam et al., 2009) including the adjustment of Mir-Moghtadaei et al. (2015). Code was obtained directly from the developers of the web Beam-F3 program.

2 Implements the MRI-free head modeling approach of Valter et al. (2025)

3 For speed and computational efficiency, the MNI152 head is fit to the uploaded MRI using an affine transform (ANT.py), instead of performing MRI segmentation and smoothing. Therefore, the displayed model and measurements are approximations.

4 MNI brain coordinates [-38, 44, 26] based on Fox et al. (2012)
